Gloucestershire v Devon U15 Girls - Match Report 2015

The girls travelled to Dymock CC for the return match against Gloucestershire.  The previous meeting gave Devon girls' the win, though the day was to prove to favour Gloucestershire.

Devon continued to win the toss and again elected to bat. Runs were rather slow in coming and after 12 overs did not have the best of start and had lost 4 wickets for just 21 runs. Unfortunately Devon struggled to score runs against economical bowling from Gloucestershire, and only three girls managed to get into double figures. Devon completed their innings for 121-8.

Though Devon bowled well, Chloe Rose (22-3) and Evie Pitman (20-3), the best of the Devon girls, it was Gloucestershire's Naima Milhofer (65no) was to be the difference in the batting attack and was sparkling with her thirteen boundaries. Gloucestershire reached 123-8 with thirteen overs to spare.
